Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies before booking your Flower Farm Rental. Booking & Approval All rental requests must be submitted through our website. Rentals are subject to availability and approval before confirmation. Once approved, full payment is required to secure your booking. Pricing & Payment Farm Rental Fee: $175 (includes a 2-hour rental of the designated event space). Additional Guests: The rental includes up to 35 guests. Additional guests may be allowed for an extra fee—please inquire. You Cut Bouquet Bar Add-On: $15 per participant (each guest receives 10 stems). Full payment is due at least 72 hours before the event. Rental Time & Setup The standard rental period is 2 hours. You may arrive 1 hour early for setup. If additional time is needed, please request in advance (subject to availability and additional fees). Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. Changes to Your Order You may adjust your guest count or add the You Cut Bouquet Bar option up to 3 days before the event (subject to availability). Damage & Responsibility Renter is responsible for ensuring the space is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Any damages to tables, chairs, decor, or farm structures will result in additional charges. The renter is responsible for guest behavior and ensuring all event activities align with farm guidelines. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances This is an outdoor event space. Please plan accordingly for weather conditions. We are not responsible for weather-related cancellations but will work with you to reschedule if needed. By booking this service, you agree to the terms outlined above.
